Set in the dramatic landscape of Romania’s Piatra Craiului Mountains, Chapter 4 Romania designed an immersive press trip for HONOR that combined storytelling, hands-on testing, and real-world adventure. Romanian journalists and influencers experienced the new HONOR Magic8 Lite and HONOR Magic8 Pro in an environment where performance, durability, and creativity were put to the test in a natural setting.
The journey opened with a photography workshop led by Mihai Moiceanu, one of Romania’s leading outdoor photographers. In the shifting mountain light and diverse terrain, participants explored how the HONOR Magic8 Pro adapts to changing conditions, capturing detail, colour, and atmosphere through its AI-powered imaging system.
The experience then moved into a more demanding setting, as participants joined the Zărnești Mountain Rescue team for a simulated intervention in Prăpăstiile Zărneștiului. The scenario tested coordination and responsiveness in a realistic field environment, while the HONOR Magic8 Lite was exposed to extreme conditions, demonstrating resilience against water, mud, drops, and pressure.
More than a product showcase, the press trip translated technology into lived experience. By placing devices in authentic, high-intensity situations, Chapter 4 Romania and HONOR created a narrative that connected innovation with real-world relevance, turning product features into tangible, memorable moments.
