In 2025, Chapter 4 will celebrate its 15th anniversary – a success story defined by innovation, expansion, and strategic communication. Since our founding in 2010 by Severin Heinisch and Boris Beker, we have established ourselves as a leading network for PR, corporate communications, and crisis management in Central and Southeastern Europe. With 10 offices of our own and international partner agencies, we provide tailored communication solutions for companies worldwide.

Marking a Path of Growth

“At the outset, we were fortunate to secure Hewlett Packard as an important client. The contract, spanning four countries, was a milestone in shaping our international orientation,” recalls CEO Boris Beker. This achievement laid the foundation for our continuous growth in the CEE/SEE region. Initially focused on IT clients, we quickly recognized the growing importance of digital communication. As Instagram and WhatsApp gained global significance in 2010, we strategically focused on social media and social PR – long before many other companies recognized this shift. In 2012, we expanded into Austria to specifically target the local market. Today, we serve a broad range of renowned clients, including MediaMarkt Austria, the Austrian Chamber of Notaries, msg Plaut, the ORS Group, Restplatzbörse, TOMRA Recycling Austria or the Austrian Coffee Association.

Digital Innovation and Storytelling as Key Success Factors

The future of communication is digital – and we’ve embraced this early on. We integrate state-of-the art AI solutions into all aspects of our consulting. In addition, we have started our own video production unit in 2019, which has proven to be a forward-looking approach. “AI-supported microcontent and video storytelling are essential for successful communication today. It’s crucial to communicate clearly and concisely in short formats,” says Boris Beker. To further expand this area, we plan to extend our studio in 2025.

Shaping the Future with a Clear Vision

Our vision for the future is clear: we aim to further enhance our digital innovation, expand our network across Central and Southeastern Europe, and deliver sustainable, impactful communication solutions to our clients. This direction was reinforced in 2024 through a leadership change: Co-founder Severin Heinisch transferred his majority shares to Boris Beker, who, as the new majority owner, is already planning the expansion into Slovenia.

Chapter 4 stands for strategic growth, data-driven PR, and evidence-based communication – with measurable digital impact, today and for the next 15 years.
