On June 30, 2021 Chapter 4 supported STRABAG Real Estate (SRE) with the press event and ceremonial laying of the foundation stone for the first office building in Ljubljana - Dunajska Cesta Offices (DCO) - marking the company's entry into the Slovenian market. The foundation stone for one of the most modern and sustainable office buildings in Slovenia was laid by Dietmar Cerjak, representative of STRABAG d.o.o. as general contractor, together with Zoran Janković, Mayor of the Municipality of Ljubljana, and Michael Markart, representative of SRE as owner and developer of the building. The new DCO office building will be the headquarters for all operating companies of the STRABAG Group in Slovenia, and will also have commercial spaces for rent. The total investment amounts to around EUR 13 million while the construction is expected to be completed in summer 2022.
