Successful Student Enrollment Campaigns in North Macedonia and Slovenia

This fall, Chapter 4 Macedonia supported four renowned faculties with their enrollment campaigns – achieving remarkable results.

At the “Sts. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje, both the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies (FEEIT) and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering exceeded their planned enrollment numbers for the first time in over a decade. FEEIT has been working with Chapter 4 since 2014, while the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering joined the partnership in 2024.

To reach these milestones, Chapter 4 designed and implemented a mix of communication measures – from info days and targeted high school visits to one-on-one consultations. These activities gave prospective students the chance to explore the study programs first-hand, ask questions, and make informed decisions about their future.

The campaigns also delivered strong results in Slovenia. The Faculty of Applied Social Studies (FUDS) in Nova Gorica and the Faculty of Information Studies (FIS) in Novo Mesto, partners of Chapter 4 since 2022, recorded increasing enrollment numbers. Direct engagement with Macedonian high school students proved especially successful, encouraging many of them to choose to pursue their academic path in Slovenia this year.

The enrollment campaigns in North Macedonia and Slovenia highlight the decisive role of professional communication in the education sector. Chapter 4 created visibility, enabled direct dialogue with the target audience – and set new benchmarks for successful student recruitment in the region.
