The Customer agrees that his personal data, namely name / business name, occupation, date of birth, commercial register number, powers of representation, contact person, business address and other addresses of the customer, telephone number, telefax number, e-mail address, bank details, credit card information, UID number, for the purpose of looking after the customer, as well as for own advertising purposes, for example sending offers, advertising leaflets and newsletters (in paper and electronic form), as well as for the purpose of reference to the customer existing or former business relationship (reference note) automatically supported identified, stored and processed.

The customer agrees that electronic mail will be sent to him for advertising purposes until further notice.

This consent can be withdrawn at any time in writing by e-mail or letter to the above-mentioned contact details of CH4 Communications Consulting GmbH.

Data Protection Declaration to Articles 13 and 14 GDPR

We process your personal data that fall under the following data categories:

• Name / company,
• Job,
• Date of birth,
• Commercial Register,

You have voluntarily provided us with data about you and we process that information based on your consent for the following purposes:

form), as well as for the purpose of referring to the customer's existing or former business relationship (reference note).

The data provided by you are also required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we can not conclude the contract with you.

We store your data during the contract period and beyond for one year.

Legal appeal
